CMP’s Annual General Meeting 2025

Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Malmö today, 4 June 2026. During the meeting, shareholders approved the company’s 2025 financial statements, confirming a year marked by stable performance and continued operational strength.

In 2025, CMP generated revenue of MSEK 1,042, delivered an operating profit of MSEK 57.3, and handled 12.8 million tonnes of goods across its quays.
