Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Malmö today, 4 June 2026. During the meeting, shareholders approved the company’s 2025 financial statements, confirming a year marked by stable performance and continued operational strength.
Kristian Durhuus will assume the position of CEO of Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP) on 1 June 2026.
May 16-17 was a weekend marked by high passenger volumes and smooth cruise operations in the Danish capital with five vessels calling at Langelinie and Oceankaj. The arrivals — Britannia of P&O Cruises, TUI’s Mein Schiff Relax, Viking Neptune, Costa Diadema and AIDAbella — brought more than 17.000 guests to the city, marking one of the busiest weekends this year.
Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP) today publishes its results and financial statements for the 2025 financial year. For the second consecutive year, revenue exceeded SEK 1 billion, underscoring the resilience of CMP’s business in a year marked by geopolitical tension, shifting trade flows and rising demands on security and preparedness.
CMP was proud to host the Danish Ports Conference 2026, held on 14–15 April at CMP’s Cruise Terminal in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. Organised by Danske Havne and held every two years, the conference brought together more than 200 participants from Denmark’s commercial ports, authorities, companies and industry organisations.
The cruise season has started on Gotland. On 1 April, we welcomed AIDAdiva from AIDA Cruises to the cruise quay in Visby.
