The port conflict in Sweden
CMP regrets that the port conflict has escalated between the employer’s organization Sveriges Hamnar and the Dock Workers' Union in connection with the Dock Worker’s Union having issued notice of a total work stoppage in all ports in Sweden from March 6 at 00.00 and until further notice. For CMP, the absolute top priority is to find solutions that mean our customers will be affected as little as possible by the conflict. We are fully committed to trying to resolve the situation that has arisen in the best way possible and in close dialogue with the customers concerned. CMP plans to continue its operations to a large extent.
