Niklas Finné appointed Acting CEO

When Barbara Scheel Agersnap steps down from her position as CEO of Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP) at the end of February, CFO Niklas Finné has been appointed Acting CEO.

Niklas Finné has been part of CMP’s executive management team since 2019 and, in his role as CFO, has played an important part in developing the business and creating stable conditions for the company’s continued progress. As Acting CEO, he will ensure continuity in the strategic work, which is now entering an important implementation phase.

As Acting CEO, Niklas Finné will play a central role in implementing the company’s strategy, investing in critical infrastructure, and continuing the development of CMP’s position as a modern and sustainable port operator.

The change takes effect on 1 March 2026 and means that Niklas will lead the organisation while the recruitment of a new CEO is underway. Niklas will also retain his role as CFO.
